PTE Reading

 PTE Reading

It is an important section of PTE test .It includes five varieties of questions. This section needs to be rapped with in twenty eight to thirty one minutes. The tasks within this sections are as follows:

1. Reading Fill in the blanks(Drag and drop)
2. Reading Fill in the blanks.
3. Re-Orders paragraphs
4. Multiple choice(can be given less priority)
5. choose single answers / choose multiple answers

Tips to improve reading sections:

1. Donot spend more than two minutes on each questions.
2. Take care of the technical aspects.
3. Need to have very good knowledge of grammer.
4. Develop good vocabulary.
5. Try elimination method.
6. Learn right use of words or perfect structure.

Tenses:

1. Simple present: sub+v1/v5 +obj
2. Simple past: Sub+v2+obj
3. simple future:sub+will/shall+v1+obj
4. Present continous: sub+is/am/are +V1 ing +obj
5. Past continous: Sub+was/were+V ing+obj
6. Present perfect:Sub+has/have+V3+obj
7. Past perfect: Sub+had+V3+obj
8. Future perfect: Sub+will/shall+have+V3+obj

Passive form:

1. Obj + is/am/are+v3+by+agent
2. obj + was,were+V3+by+agent
3. obj+will/shall+be+v3+by+agent
4. Obj+is/am/are+being +v3+by+agent
5. Obj+was/were+being+V3+by+agent
6. Obj+has/have+been+V3+by+agent
7. Obj+had been+V3+by+agent
8. Obj+will/shall+have been+V3+by+agent

Note: she drinks tea

for singular: like she,he,everyone use has .

For plural: like people have.

incase of shall : only used in i and we.

Adverb: how action is done.
